Because all Fringe Wilderness products are made to order, we only accept returns or replacements for damaged items, printing defects, or incorrect items received. Claims must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.
Non-Returnable Items
- Incorrect size selected by customer
- Change of mind after purchase
- Normal color variations between screens and printed products
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, contains a printing defect, or you receive the wrong item, please email - contact@fringewilderness.com within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the issue so we can help resolve it promptly.
